OBSERVED NO SELF-CLOSING DOOR DEVICE ON THE WASHROOM DOOR.INSTRUCTED TO INSTALL A SELF-CLOSING DOOR DEVICE ON WASHROOM DOOR.

INSTRUCTED TO DETAIL CLEAN THE CEILING VENTILATION COVERS THROUGHOUT THE KITCHEN PREP/DISHWASHING AREA TO REMOVE ACCUMULATION OF DUSTS AND MAINTAIN.
