The south kitchen wall is exposed brick, seal the wall so it is smooth, sanitary and easy to clean from top to bottom. All food should be properly protected from contamination during storage, preparation, display, service, and transportation. The ice machine and soda dispenser ice bin have dirty/rusty buildup inside the chute and interiors; wash, rinse, and sanitize the above. The 3-door prep cooler has a leaky coil and dirty water is collecting inside the cooler, sanitize and repair the cooler so water drains per code.
