INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN THE FLOORS IN THE PREP AREAS AROUND AND BEHIND KITCHEN EQUIPMENT, INSIDE OF THE WALK-IN COOLER AND ALL FLOOR DRAINS IN KITCHENS AND BAR AREAS.
INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN THE VENTILATION SYSTEM ABOVE THE HIGH TEMP DISHMACHINE IN THE MAIN KITCHEN (1ST FL) TO REMOVE DUST OBSERVED.
