OBSERVED UNUSED,BROKEN EQUIPMENTS IN THE REAR STORAGE AREAS.INSTRUCTED TO DETAIL CLEAN, ORGANIZE AND REMOVE ALL UNNECESSARY ITEMS AND SAID EQUIPMENTS DUE TO POTENTIAL PEST HARBORAGE AND MAINTAIN.
INSTRUCTED TO DETAIL CLEAN THE KITCHEN EXHAUST HOOD/FILTERS TO REMOVE EXCESSIVE GREASE BUILD-UP AND MAINTAIN.
OBSERVED THE CERTIFIED FOOD MANAGER WITH EXPIRED ALLERGEN TRAINING CERTIFICATE. INSTRUCTED TO PROVIDE AND MAINTAIN AS REQUIRED.
