BARE WOODEN WALLS IN THE DINING AREA & BELOW THE BAR COUNTER MUST BE SEALED, & MADE SMOOTH/EASILY CLEANABLE. MISSING BASEBOARDS IN THE DINING ROOM & AROUND THE BAR AREAS MUST BE PROVIDED. The walls and ceilings shall be in good repair and easily cleaned.
TOILET ROOM DOORS SELF CLOSING: DRESSING ROOMS WITH LOCKERS PROVIDED: COMPLETE SEPARATION FROM LIVING/SLEEPING QUARTERS
BATHROOM DOORS NEED SELF-CLOSING DEVICES, MUST INSTALL. Toilet rooms shall be completely enclosed and shall be vented to the outside air or mechanically ventilated.
REFRIGERATION AND METAL STEM THERMOMETERS PROVIDED AND CONSPICUOUS
INTERNAL THERMOMETERS NEEDED IN ALL UPRIGHT COOLERS, MUST PROVIDE. All food establishments that display, prepare, or store potentially hazardous foods shall have calibrated metal stem thermometers, provided and conspicuous, for refrigerated and hot food units.
