OBSERVED COOKED BEANS SITTING OUT ON COUNTER AT 69F. OBSERVED NUMEROUS TCS FOODS SITTING OUT ON PREP TABLE WHICH FOOD HANDLER WAS USING AS AN OMLETTE STATION SUCH AS SPINACH, COOKED MUSHROOMS, DICED TOMATOES, COOKED CORN, SHELLED EGGS, SHREDDED CHEESE WHICH ALL WERE FOUND AT AN INTERNAL TEMPERATURE RANGING FROM 55-69F. ALSO OBSERVED SLICED HAM AND STEAK AT IMPROPER COLD HOLDING TEMPERATURE INSIDE OF PREP COOLER RANGING FROM 45-50F. TCS FOODS MUST BE HELD AT 41F OR BELOW. FOOD DISCARDED. FOOD WEIGHING APPROXIMATELY 15 LBS AT COST OF $75.00. PRIORITY VIOLATION. 7-38-005. CITATION ISSUED.
