Upon arrival noted water temperature throughout facility at 72.5f. Operator noted that hot water heater was not functioning. Operator repaired during inspection and water temperature reached 112.3f. Instructed facility to maintain hot water at least 110f at all times. Critical citation issued 7-38-030.
