All food and non-food contact surfaces of equipment and all food storage utensils shall be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized daily. FOUND THE FOLLOWING NOT CLEAN: INTERIOR,UPPER PANEL OF ICE MACHINE. MUST CLEAN/SANITIZE. ALSO MUST CLEAN DEBRIS FROM SYRUP STORAGE SHELVES IN PREP AREA.
The floors shall be constructed per code, be smooth and easily cleaned, and be kept clean and in good repair. MUST SEAL ALL CRACK/CREIVIES OF FLOORS ON PREMISES,INCLUDING IN HOT WATER ROOM, STORAGE ROOMS.
All parts of the food establishment and all parts of the property used in connection with the operation of the establishment shall be kept neat and clean and should not produce any offensive odors. FOUND CLUTTERED STORAGE AREA,AND STORAGE ON WALLS,FLOORS. MUST PROPERLY ORGANIZE ALL STORAGE AREAS ON PREMISES OFF FLOORS AND WALLS TO PREVENT PEST HARBORAGE AREA.
