INSTRUCTED MANAGER ALL EMPLOYEES MUST PROPERLY WASH HANDS AFTER ANY POSSIBLE SOURCE OF CONTAMINATION. NOTIFIED MANAGER TO ASK EMPLOYEE TO WASH HANDS. PRIORITY VIOLATION 7-38-010, CITATION ISSUED.
OBSERVED TIMED FAUCETS NOT PROPERLY FUNCTIONING IN THE REAR AREA WHERE CHICKEN IS MARINATED, GRILLED, AND FRIED. WATER MUST RUN CONTINOUSLY FOR AT LEAST 15 SECONDS BEFORE REACTIVATING FAUCET.
