MUST PROVIDE AND MAINTAIN A COVER GARBAGE CAN IN THE WOMENS WASHROOM.
FLOORS NEED CLEANING IN THE BASEMENT PAPER GOOD STROAGE AREA AND THROUGH OUT PREP/DISH WASHING AREAS AND BAR.
WALLS NEED CLEANING IN THE REAR PREP AREA AND THE FRONT BAR AREA TO REMOVE DEBRIS.
MUST CLEAN FILTERS ABOVE THE COOKING EQUIPMENT TO REMOVE GREASE.
