STANDING WATER AT CORNER UNDER 3-COMP SINK, INSTRUCTED TO KEEP FLOOR DRY AS POSSIBLE.
MUST REPLACE BROKEN AND CRACKED BROWN SUGAR CONTAINER LID LOCATED IN FRONT OF THE REAR POPCORN MACHINES.
MUST REPAINT RUSTY GREASE TRAP BOX LID LOCATED UNDER 3COMP SINK.
MUST REGROUT FLOORS AT FRONT SERVICE POPCORN AREA AND AT REAR POPCORN MAKING AREA. MUST REPLACE ALL BROKEN AND MISSING FLOOR TILES AT SAME AREA STATED ABOVE. MUST CLEAN AND SANITIZE FLOOR SO AS NOT TO BE GREASY AND REMOVE POPCORN FROM FLOOR.
MUST REATTACH WALL BASE COVER AT CORNER IN THE REAR AREA LOCATED IN FRONT OF THE REAR POPCORN MACHINES. MUST REPLACE DARK STAINED CEILING TILES THROUGHOUT PREMISES AT POPCORN MAKING AREAS. MUST REPAIR ALL WALLS WITH PEELING PAINT IN THE REAR AREA SO AS TO BE SMOOTH AND EASILY CLEANABLE.
