Must provide proof of a licensed mobile food commissary for the storage and sanitation of vehicle.
WALLS, CEILINGS, ATTACHED EQUIPMENT CONSTRUCTED PER CODE: GOOD REPAIR, SURFACES CLEAN AND DUST-LESS CLEANING METHODS
The walls and ceilings shall be in good repair and easily cleaned. Seal the baseboard and wall coving so they are sanitary and easy to clean. Install a separation between the drivers compartment and the food storage compartment.
VENTILATION: ROOMS AND EQUIPMENT VENTED AS REQUIRED: PLUMBING: INSTALLED AND MAINTAINED
The portable generator attached to the back of the truck emits exhaust that can get into the serving area, redirect the exhaust as to reduce it from entering the vehicle service area.
