MUST CLEAN AND MAINTAIN. FLOOR TILING THROUGHOUT THE REAR WITH PEELING LINOLEUM, UNEVEN AND WITH DIRT ACCUMULATION. MUST REPAIR/REPLACE TO MAKE FLOORS SMOOTH AND CLEANABLE. NO LIGHTING IN THE REAR TALL TWO DOOR COOLER. MUST PROVIDE.
UTILITY MOP SINK WITH CRACKED BASIN AND REPAIRED WITH DUCT TAPE. MUST REPLACE OR PROPERLY REPAIR.
MUST PROVIDE FOOD HANDLER CERTIFICATES FOR ALL EMPLOYEES HANDLING FOODS IN THE FOOD PREP AREA.
