MUST INSTALL A MOP SINK ON PREMISES, IF IT IS INSTALLED NEXT TO WASHBOWL IN WOMEN'S WASHROOM A SPLASH GAURD MUST ALSO BE INSTALLED TO PREVENT DIRTY MOP WATER FROM CONTAMINATING THE HAND SINK. REPAIR LEAKY CEILING IN BASEMENT.
