OBSERVED LEAK FROM COLD WATER HANDLE ON RIGHT SIDE OF 1 COMPARTMENT PREP SINK IN FRONT. WATER LEAKS FROM HANDLE WHEN COLD WATER IS TURNED ON. OBSERVED LEAK FROM WATER DISPENSER LOCARED ON TOP OF ICE MACHINE. WATER IS HEAVILY LEAKING FROM DISPENSER, ONTO TOP OF ICE MACHINE, AND ONTO THE FLOOR SURROUNDING THE ICE MACHINE. INSTRUCTED MANAGER TO SERVICE AND MAINTAIN BOTH LEAKS IN GOOD REPAIR.
OBSERVED THE BASEBOARD TO BE PEELING AND TORN FROM THE WALL IN THE REAR PREP AREA NEXT TO THE REAR EXIT. INSTRUCTED MANAGER TO SERVICE THE DAMAGED BASEBOARD AND MAINTAIN IN GOOD REPAIR.
OBSERVED THE FLOOR DRAIN IN THE REAR PREP AREA NEXT TO THE STANDING TWO (2) DOOR COOLER TO BE TAPED OVER WITH BLUE PAINTERS TAPE. INSTRUCTED MANAGER TO REMOVE AND PROVIDE A SMOOTH AND EASILY CLEANABLE FLOOR DRAIN AND FLOOR.
OBSERVED FLOOR DRAIN BELOW THE FRONT PREP AND HAND SINK NEAR CASH REGISTERS TO BE HEAVILY SOILED AND DIRTY WITH BUILD UP ON BOTTOM AND SIDES OF FLOOR DRAIN. INSTRUCTED MANAGER TO DETAIL CLEAN AND MAINTAIN FREE OF EXCESSIVE BUILD UP.
