EMPLOYEES WHILE WEARING GLOVES -WENT TO THE HAND WASH SINK TO REPAIR DRAIN -REMOVED CONTAINERS AND BAG OF ONIONS IN FRONT OF THE HAND WASH SINK -WIPED THE PREP TABLE WITH THE WASH CLOTH STILL WITH SAME GLOVES ON THEN WENT BACK TO THE PREP TO CONTINUE PREPPING FOOD. -WASHED HANDS AT THE HAND WASH SINK WITH THE SAME GLOVES ON AND CONTINUED CLEANING ALL WITHOUT CHANGING GLOVES OR WASHING HANDS. DISCUSSED WITH MANAGEMENT THE HAND WASHING PROCEDURE AND USE OF GLOVES. MUST CHANGE GLOVES DURING CHANGE OF TASK, MOVING FROM ON PREP AREA TO ANOTHER TASK AND MUST CHANGE GLOVES AND WASH HANDS BETWEEN THE TASKS. PRIORITY VIOLATION CITATION ISSUED 7-38-010
