The walls and ceilings shall be in good repair and easily cleaned. MUST CLEAN AND REPLACE STAINED CEILING TILE AND WALL AREA WHERE NEEDED
MUST CLEAN ALL LIGHT SHIELDS THRU-OUT PREMISES
MUST STORE ALL PERSONAL ITEMS IN ONE DESIGNATED AREA NICE AND NEATLY
Ventilation: All plumbing fixtures, such as toilets, sinks, washbasins, etc., must be adequately trapped, vented, and re-vented and properly connected to the sewer in accordance with the plumbing chapter of the Municipal Code of Chicago and the Rules and Regulations of the Board of Health. MUST PROVIDE 3 SINK STOPPERS TO PROPERLY WASH, RINSE AND SANITIZE DISHES AND UTENSILS
MUST REMOVE ALL CLUTTER REAR AND BASEMENT AREAS, CLEAN AND BETTER ORGANIZED WANT ITEMS
