INSTRUCTED MANAGER TO CLEAN FLOORS UNDER ALL EQUIPMENT, ALONG WALLS, AND ALL CORNERS IN ALL AREAS. OBSERVED DUST BUILDUP ON THE FAN IN THE WALK-IN COOLER, LIGHT SHIELDS IN THE COOKING AREA, AND CEILING AND WALL VENTS IN PREP AND STORAGE AREAS.
