Observed sausage and egg burritos, and burrito mix (eggs, sausage, peppers, etc.) on prep counter at improper temperatures of 51.8F - 69.1F. Instructed must keep all potentially hazardous foods at 40F or less or 140F or more at all times. Operator voluntarily discarded 3 lbs of denatured foods during inspection. Operator estimates total value to be approximately $5. Critical violation 7-38-005(a).
Observed standing water on floor behind ice machine/under tea brewing station. Operator corrected during inspection (hose was relocated to floor drain). Observed excessive dust and debris on floors of electrical and utility closets next to office. Observed excessive grease on floors under grease tanks in rear of kitchen. Operator cleaned all floors during inspection.
