MUST PROVIDE PROPER DATE LABELS FOR FOOD THAT IS PREPARED AND HELD LONGER THAN 24 HOURS (PASTA, SOUPS, SALADS, ETC).
MUST REMOVE FOIL LINING THE PANINI PRESSES. MUST MAINTAIN ALL FOOD CONTACT SURFACES TO BE SMOOTH, DURABLE AND EASILY CLEANABLE. MUST DEFROST THE MINI FREEZER AND THE CHEST FREEZER.
MUST ELEVATE ALL BOXES STORED UNDER THE PREP COUNTER AT LEAST 6 INCHES OFF THE FLOOR.
