The meat slicer is dirty in the corners and grooves of the machine and the reach in freezer has some sticky buildup; wash, rinse and sanitize the equipment in detail. All food and non-food contact surfaces of equipment and all food storage utensils shall be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized daily.
Store surface wiping cloths in sanitizing solution in between use.
