The floors shall be constructed per code, be smooth and easily cleaned, and be kept clean and in good repair. REMOVE CONSTRUCTION DUST FROM FLOOR THROUGHOUT. THE FLOOR IN THE DISHWASH AREA MUST BE SMOOTH AND EASILY CLEANABLE. GROUT FLOOR WHERE NEEDED. REPAIR THE FLOOR IN THE EMPLOYEE RESTROOM.
