All dishwashing machines must be of a type that complies with all requirements of the plumbing section of the Municipal Code of Chicago and Rules and Regulation of the Board of Health. THE 3 COMPARTMENT SINK WATER SLOW GOING DOWN AND WHEN PLUNGED WATER SHOOTS OUT OF THE OTHER SINK COMPARTMENTS. ALSO THE GREASE TRAP IS FILLED TO THE TOP. SERIOUS 7-38-030. NEED TO CALL A PLUMBER TO TAKE CARE OF THE PROBLEMS.

CLEAN THE VENTS THROUGHOUT HAS DUST BUILDUP. PROVIDE A BACK FLOW DEVICE TO THE UTILITY/ MOP SINK (FAUCET). INSTRUCTED TO PROVIDE SAME.
