OBSERVED INSIDE THE WALK-IN COOLER, FOOD ITEMS IN FOOD STORAGE BINS WERE NOT LABELED WITH COMMON NAME AND EXPIRATION DATE. INSTRUCTED TO PROVIDE AND MAINTAIN.
OBSERVED TWO FOOD HANDLERS WITHOUT HAIR RESTRAINTS WHILE IN THE FOOD PREP AREA HANDLING FOOD. INSTRUCTED TO HAVE ALL FOOD HANDLERS WEAR HAIR RESTRAINTS WHILE HANDLING FOOD AND BEING IN THE PREP AREA AT ALL TIMES.
OBSERVED CLEAN FOOD STORAGE BINS NOT INVERTED IN THE REAR PREP AREA AT THE BOTTOM OF THE FOOD PREP TABLE. INSTRUCTED TO INVERT SAID ITEMS TO AVOID POSSIBLE CONTAMINATION.
OBSERVED IN THE BASEMENT, BOXES OF SINGLE-USE ARTICLES (PLASTIC BOTTLES AND CLEAR FOOD CONTAINERS) STORED ON THE FLOOR AND ELEVATED WITH MILK CRATES. INSTRUCTED TO PROPERLY STORE SAID ITEMS ON SMOOTH AND EASILY CLENABLE SURFACES AND REFRAME FROM UTILIZING MILK CRATES FOR ELEVATION.
OBSERVED AT THE BACK OF THE INTERIOR OF ALL THE DEEP FRYING EQUIPMENT UNDER THE VENTILATION HOOD, FOOD BUILD-UP, AND DEBRIS. ALSO OBSERVED WAS FOOD DEBRIS AT THE DRAIN IN THE MOP SINK. INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN, SANITIZE, AND MAINTAIN SAID AREAS.
