FOOD AND NON-FOOD CONTACT SURFACES PROPERLY DESIGNED, CONSTRUCTED AND MAINTAINED
Observed cracked door gaskets on 2 door delfield cooler, at hot bar. Instructed manager to repair, replace and maintain at all times. Observed door sweep on exterior door, of dumpster room, slighted skewed and in need of adjustment. Door sweep is considered rodent proof. Instructed site to adjust door sweep, to further ensure rodent proof. Maintain at all times.

Observed water damaged and cracked paint in large restroom, on ceiling. Instructed manager to repair and maintain at all times.
