OBSERVED FOOD HANDLER REMOVE SANITIZING TOWEL FROM BUCKET LOCATED ON FLOOR UNDERNEATH BACK BAR STATION, THEN SAID FOOD HANDLER WIPED DOWN FRONT COUNTER BARISTA STATION WITH SAID SANITIZING TOWEL, THEN FOOD HANDLER RETURNED SANITIZING TOWEL BACK TO BUCKET, THEN SAID FOOD HANDLER MOVED BACK TO FRONT BARISTA STATION AND BEGAN HANDLING BEVERAGE CONTAINERS/FOOD EQUIPMENT AND PREPARING COFFEE/BEVERAGE ORDERS FOR CUSTOMER CONSUMPTION. FOOD HANDLER FAILED TO WASH HANDS AFTER ENGAGING IN ACTIVITIES THAT CONTAMINATED THE HANDS. INFORMED MANAGER THAT HANDS MUST BE WASHED AFTER ENGAGING IN ACTIVITIES THAT CONTAMINATE THE HANDS AND BEFORE PREPARING/HANDLING FOOD, EQUIPMENT, ETC. INSTRUCTED MANAGER TO ENSURE THAT HANDS ARE WASHED AFTER ENGAGING IN ACTIVITIES THAT CONTAMINATE THE HANDS AND BEFORE PREPARING/HANDLING FOOD, EQUIPMENT, ETC. MANAGER CORRECTED VIOLATION DURING INSPECTION. PRIORITY VIOLATION #7-38-010 CITATION ISSUED.
