INTERIOR OF THE FRYER IN THE PREP AREA WITH THICK GREASE, FOOD AND DIRT BUILD UP. INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN AND MAINTAIN FRYER.
THE FOLLOWING PLUMBING ISSUES EXIST AND MUST BE FIXED AND MAINTAINED: -THE LEFT FAUCET ON THE 3-COMPARTMENT SINK LEAKS AT THE BASE. -THE SPRAYER ON THE RIGHT FAUCET ON THE 3-COMPARTMENT SINK IS NOT ATTACHED.
FLOORS IN THE CORNERS, UNDER/AROUND THE FRYERS, COOLERS, FREEZERS AND STORAGE RACKS WITH GREASE, FOOD, DIRT AND DEBRIS. INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN AND MAINTAIN FLOORS.
