THE FOLLOWING REQUIRE DETAIL CLEANING BAR GUNS,HOUSINGS ATTACHED,SHELVING BEHIND BARS,FAN COVERS INSIDE COOLERS,KNIFE RACKS,DIPPER WELL IN KITCHEN. All food and non-food contact surfaces of equipment and all food storage utensils shall be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized daily.
The walls and ceilings shall be in good repair and easily cleaned.WALL BEHIND DRY GOOD STORAGE ROOM SHELVING 2ND FLOOR IS NOT SMOOTH,EAASILY CLEANABLE.
All employees shall be required to use effective hair restraints to confine hair.FOUND FOOD HANDLERS WITH NO HAIR RESTRAINTS.
