OBSERVED THE SIDES OF THE COOKING EQUIPMENT...UNDER THE FLATTOPS...AND INSIDE OF THE SALAMANDER IN NEED OF A DETAIL CLEANING FROM BUILD UP OF GREASE, DUST, DIRT AND FOOD DEBRIS. INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN AND MAINTAIN ALL AREAS.
