Found several prepped foods (chicken, vegetables, rice, etc.) without proper labels. When cooling cooked potentially hazardous foods, must label with name, date, and time. When holding potentially hazardous prepped foods for more than 24 hours, must label with name and date. Dry storage foods must have a name on bulk food storage containers. Must maintain same.
