4-501.19 OBSERVED INADEQUATE HOT WATER AT THE LEFT FAUCET OF THE 3 COMPARTMENT SINK. AT THE TIME OF THE INSPECTION HOT WATER TEMPERATURE RANGE WAS 98F-100F. INSTRUCTED TO MAINTAIN 110F AT ALL TIMES. ENGINEER ADJUSTED THE VALVES AND BY THE END OF THE INSPECTION HOT WATER WAS MAINTAINING 110F. PRIORITY VIOLATION 7-38-025.
