The floors shall be constructed per code, be smooth and easily cleaned, and be kept clean and in good repair. REPLACE MISSING AND DAMAGED FLOOR TILES IN ALL AREAS. FLOORS NEED CLEANING UNDER ALL EQUIPMENT ALONG WALLS AND IN ALL CORNERS (FOOD DEBRIS).
