THE WALK IN COOLER COIL HAS DIRTY, DUSTY BUILDUP, CLEAN THE COOLER COIL. THE MEAT FREEZER BELOW THE BROILER HAS A CRACKED LID, REPLACE THE DAMAGED LID.
THE WALK IN COOLER HAS A BROKEN THERMOMETER INSIDE, REPLACE BROKEN THERMOMETER.
CLEAN FLOORS UNDER STORAGE SHELVES IN REAR OF KITCHEN TO REMOVE PLASTIC WARE, CLEAN UNDER FRYER TO REMOVE PIECES OF CHICKEN. CLEAN UNDER SHELF IN WALK-IN COOLER AND WALK-IN FREEZER.

Inspector Comments: All food and non-food contact surfaces of equipment and all food storage utensils shall be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized daily.MUST CLEAN ICE DISPENSER ON SODA MACHINE.
