INSTRUCTED TO DETAIL CLEAN AND MAINTAIN FLOOR AND FLOOR DRAINS WITH FOOD DEBRIS UNDERNEATH AND BEHIND (2) ICE MACHINE IN PREP AREA.
INSTRUCTED TO DETAIL CLEAN AND MAINTAIN WALLS WITH GREASE AND FOOD SPILLAGE ON WALL BEHIND FRONT SERVICE/COOKING AREA.------MUST CLEAN AND MAINTAIN HOOD AND FILTERS ABOVE COOKING EQUIPMENT IN FRONT COOKING LINE.
ALL LIGHT FIXTURES MUST BE SHIELDED WITH END CAPS INSIDE FOOD DISPLAY UNIT (FRONT FOOD ISLAND).
