All food and non-food contact surfaces of equipment and all food storage utensils shall be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized daily. MUST DETAIL CLEAN AND MAINTAIN INTERIOR OF DEEP FRYER AND BULK INGREDIENT CONTAINERS.
The floors shall be constructed per code, be smooth and easily cleaned, and be kept clean and in good repair. MUST DETAIL CLEAN FLOORS IN ALL CORNERS AND UNDER/AROUND ALL HEAVY EQUIPMENTS. MUST FIND SOURCE OF WATER IN BASEMENT AND FIX-KEEP FLOORS DRY.
The walls and ceilings shall be in good repair and easily cleaned. MUST REPLACE ALL WATER STAINED CEILING TILES IN FRONT/REAR, FIX HOLE IN WALL ABOVE 3-COMP. SINK IN REAR AND PROVIDE MISSING TILED COVING AT BOTTOM OF WALL BY EXPOSED HAND WASHING SINK. MUST SCRAPE PEELING PAINT IN BASEMENT STAIR WAY AND PAINT WALL/CEILING.
MUST FIX THE LEAKS ON THE FAUCET OF BOTH 3-COMP. SINK, MAINTAIN ALL PLUMBING.
