OBSERVED SOME CRACKED/PEELING PAINT ON THE CEILING IN THE KITCHEN ABOVE THE PREP TABLE; INSTRUCTED TO REMOVE CRACKED/PEELING PAINT WHERE OBSERVED.
INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN FLOORS UNDER AND BEHIND FRYERS IN KITCHEN AND TO CLEAN UNDER SHELVES IN REAR STORAGE ROOM.
INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN THE WALLS AROUND AND BEHIND KITCHEN EQUIPMENT WHERE NEEDED. OBSERVED DUST BUILD UP ON SOME CEILING VENTS IN THE KITCHEN; CLEAN WHERE NEEDED TO REMOVE DUST.
