Observed no hot water at two exposed handsinks in the large prep area- one handsink located near the dish machine. Operator repaired by opening hot water line to sink during inspection. The other handsink is located near the multiple walk in doors and had a temperature of 70.1f. Operator repaired by turning hot water tank back on during inspection.
