OBSERVED THE FLOORS UNDER THE DEEP FRYING EQUIPMENT, DISHWASHING AREA, AND FRONT SERVICE WINDOW WITH OPENINGS. INSTRUCTED TO REGROUT THE MENTIONED FLOORS AND MAINTAIN.
OBSERVED NO ALLERGEN FROM THE CERTIFIED FOOD MANAGER ON SITE. INSTRUCTED ALL CERTIFIED FOOD MANAGERS MUST TAKE COURSE AND MAINTAIN RECORDS ON SITE.
