FOUND EVIDENCE OF MICE DROPPINGS INSIDE THE STORAGE CABINET IN THE DINING AREA. MICE DROPPING OVER 60 TOTAL. INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN AFFECTED AREA, REMOVE THE DROPPINGS AND SANITIZE. INFORM THE PEST CONTROL COMPANY. ALSO, EXIT DOOR NOT RODENT PROOFED. WITH OVER 1/4 OF AN INCH GAP ON THE LEFT BOTTOM CORNER AND SIDE. CITATION ISSUED SERIOUS.

ALSO MUST PROVIDE LABEL FOR ALL PRICE PUDDING AND BULGARIAN MILK PACKAGED IN AN CONTAINER FOR SALE. MUST PROVIDE NAME OF THE COMPANY, ADDRESS, TEL # AND NAME OF THE PRODUCT.
All food and non-food contact surfaces of equipment and all food storage utensils shall be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized daily. MUST CLEAN THE FOLLOWING AND SANITIZE: ALL EXTERIOR OF THE TOASTER, OVEN TOASTER, FRYER , MICROWAVE, ALL COOKING STOVE AND GRILL, TOP AND BOTTOM OF THE PREP TABLE, BOTTOM INTERIOR OF ALL PREP COOLER AND REACH COOLER AND FREEZER.
