OBSERVED GASKETS AT THE FRONT GRILL LINE AREA DRAWER COOLER TO BE IN POOR REPAIR, DAMAGED AND MISSING IN SOME AREAS. INSTRUCTED TO REPAIR OR REPLACE GRILL LINE AREA DRAWER COOLER GASKETS AND MAINTAIN ALL EQUIPMENT IN GOOD REPAIR AND PROPER ADJUSTMENT.
OBSERVED BACKFLOW PREVENTION DEVICE AT THE REAR WAREWASHING AREA UTILITY SINK IN POOR REPAIR, DEFLECTOR CAP MISSING BUT FUNCTIONAL. INSTRUCTED TO REPLACE THE DEFLECTOR CAP FOR THE BACKFLOW PREVENTION DEVICE AND MAINTAIN ALL PLUMBING FIXTURES IN GOOD REPAIR.
OBSERVED WASTE RECEPTACLE AT THE REAR EMPLOYEE WASHROOM TO BE UNCOVERED. INSTRUCTED TO PROVIDE AT LEAST ONE COVERED WASTE RECEPTACLE IN ALL WOMEN'S OR UNISEX WASHROOMS FOR THE DISPOSAL OF SANITARY PRODUCTS AND MAINTAIN AT ALL TIMES.
