Found the following potentially hazardous foods at improper temperatures in the hot holding unit under the counter (next to fryers): Chicken bites @ 126.9F; Chicken patties @ 124.2F; bone in chicken wings @ 109.6F; and boneless wings @ 112.3F. Instructed all potentially hazardous foods must be held at 140F or higher, or 40F or less. Operator voluntarily discarded denatured foods during inspection. Critical violation 7-38-005(a).

Observed hand sink (next to ice machine) in rear of prep area not maintained. When hot and cold handles turned, no water comes from faucet. Instructed all hand sink must be maintained, easily accessible, and properly functioning at all times. Instructed must repair hand sink to provide hot and cold water with adequate city pressure. Critical violation 7-38-030.

Observed strong sewage like odor coming from floor drains in rear of prep area, and in employee restroom. Must clean and sanitize drains to eliminate odor. Observe hot water heater leaking into a bucket on the floor in the employee restroom. Must repair and maintain same.
