All food not stored in the original container shall be stored in properly labeled containers.MUST LABEL BULK FOOD STORAGE CONTAINERS.
All food and non-food contact equipment and utensils shall be smooth, easily cleanable, and durable, and shall be in good repair.MUST REPLACE MISSING DOOR HANDLE ON STORAGE CABINET.
All food and non-food contact surfaces of equipment and all food storage utensils shall be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized daily.MUST CLEAN LIGHT SHIELDS,ALL SHELVING UNITS & STORAGE CABINETS,VENTILATION VENTS,WINDOW SILLS.
The floors shall be constructed per code, be smooth and easily cleaned, and be kept clean and in good repair.MUST CLEAN FLOORS ALONG WALLBASES THROUGHOUT.MUST REPAIR DAMAGED FLOOR TILES IN DINING AREA.
The walls and ceilings shall be in good repair and easily cleaned.MUST REPAIR OR REPLACE WORN REAR DOOR SWEEP,LOOSE WALLBASE AT REAR EXIT DOOR.
The flow of air discharged from kitchen fans shall always be through a duct to a point above the roofline.MUST REPAIR OR REPLACE HAND SINK IN FRONT PREP AREA NOT CONNECTED,LEAKY PIPE AT REAR HAND SINK,LEAKY BACK FLOW DEVICE ON MOP SINK.
All parts of the food establishment and all parts of the property used in connection with the operation of the establishment shall be kept neat and clean and should not produce any offensive odors.MUST ELEVATE & ORGANIZE ARTICLES FROM IN BETWEEN WALL & ICE MACHINE.
Between uses and during storage ice dispensing utensils and ice receptacles shall be stored in a way that protects them from contamination.MUST STORE ICE SCOOPS PROPERLY.
