All food and non-food contact surfaces of equipment and all food storage utensils shall be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized daily.MUST CLEAN AND SANITIZE ICE CHUTE AT SODA DISPINSING MACHINE ALONG SODA DISPENSERS TO REMOVE STICKY SYRUP. MUST CLEAN AND REMOVE FOOD DEBRI FROM INTERIOR OF DELI CASE AND COOLERS AT FRONT PREP AREA.
The floors shall be constructed per code, be smooth and easily cleaned, and be kept clean and in good repair. MUST DETAIL CLEAN FLOORS AT FRONT CUSTOMER DINING AREA TO REMOVE EXCESS DUST FALLING OFF THE WALLS.
The walls and ceilings shall be in good repair and easily cleaned. MUST REPAIR OR REPLACE DIRTY AND BROKEN LIGHT SHIELDS AT REAR KITCHEN PREP AREA.
