OBSERVED A 1/4" GAP AT THE BOTTOM OF THE TWO FRONT EXIT DOORS. MUST PROVIDES A TIGHT-FITTING SEAL AT ALL OUTER OPENINGS TO PREVENT PESTS ' ENTRY.
FOUND NO HOT WATER AT ALL IN HANDWASHING SINKS LOCATED IN THE 13TH-FLOOR MEN'S WASHROOM. WATER TEMPERATURES RANGING FROM 80-85 F. MUST PROVIDE HOT WATER WITH A MINIMUM TEMPERATURE OF 100 F AND A MAXIMUM OF 120 F. PRIORITY VIOLATION 7-38-030(C). THE ENGINEER ADJUSTED THE SINKS, AND THEY ARE NOW AT 105F-110F.
OBSERVED THE TWO LEFT HANDWASH SINKS IN THE 13TH-FLOOR WOMEN'S WASHROOM WITH HOT WATER TEMPERATURES GREATER THAN 120F. MANAGEMENT INSTRUCTED US TO REPAIR AND MAINTAIN ALL HANDWASHING SINKS WITH A HOT WATER TEMPERATURE BETWEEN 100-120F. PRIORITY FOUNDATION 7-38-030(C). THE ENGINEER ADJUSTED THE SINKS, AND THEY ARE NOW AT 105F-110F.
OBSERVED THE HANDWASHING SINK LOCATED NEXT TO THE TWO-COMPARTMENT SINK IN THE KITCHENS PREP AREA INOPERABLE - THE SINK DOES NOT DRAIN. INSTRUCTED MANAGEMENT TO REPAIR THE SINK SO THAT IT DRAINS PROPERLY. PRIORITY FOUNDATION VIOLATION 7-38-030(C). PLUMBER ARRIVED ON SITE - THE SINK WAS REPAIRED DURING THE INSPECTION.
OBSERVED THE HANDWASHING SINK LOCATED NEXT TO THE 2-COMPARTMENT SINK LEAKING AT THE DRAINAGE PIPE. MUST REPAIR AND MAINTAIN.
