Observed food not adequately protected: found uncooked shell eggs stored above produce (cabbage, peppers, etc) in the walk in cooler. Also found a black, mold-like substance on the interior of the ice machine used for human consumption. Instructed facility to remove all ice, clean and sanitize machine, and maintain.
