Observed two dishwashers handling dirty dishes and clean dishes without washing hands in between tasks. Advised all food handlers must wash hand when switching tasks, and before putting on gloves. Manager discarded contaminated foods. Observed manager provide utensils and gloves for cook, and discussed proper procedure for dishwashers (to wash hands before handling clean dishes).
