The floors shall be constructed per code, be smooth and easily cleaned, and be kept clean and in good repair.MUST CLEAN GREASE BUILD UP FROM FLOOR ALONG WALL BASES & UNDER COOKING EQUIPMENT.
MUST REPAIR LEAKY FAUCET AT 3- COMP SINK.
