Inspector Comments: MUST REMOVE ALL CLUTTER IN BASEMENT STORAGE AREA, CLEAN AND BETTER MAINTAIN.
OVER 50 RAT DROPPINGS AND AT LEAST THREE ACTIVE RODENT HOLES WERE FOUND AT THE BOTTOM OF THE BASEMENT STAIRS. REMOVE ALL EVIDENCE OF RODENT ACTIVITY AND SEAL UP ALL RODENT BURROWS.
THE SHELVING ABOVE THE THREE COMPARTMENT SINK IS DIRTY; WASH, RINSE AND SANITIZE THE SHELF.
THE WALK IN COOLER COIL IS FULL OF DUST, CLEAN OUT THE CONDENSER COIL. THE 2 DOOR COOLER HAS A BROKEN DOOR, REPAIR THE COOLER DOOR SO IT CAN BE USED.
MUST REPLACE WATER STAINED CEILING TILES IN TOILET ROOM, AND REAR AREA BY REAR DOOR.

All food and non-food contact surfaces of equipment and all food storage utensils shall be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized daily. MUST CLEAN VENTS ABOVE COOKING EQUIPMENT, AND CLEAN INTERIOR OF FRYERS, REMOVE ALL GREASE BUILT-UP
