OBSERVED FACILITY USING GROCERY BAGS TO STORE CORN ON THE COB AND BEEF IN THE REACH-IN COOLERS IN THE UPSTAIRS FOOD PREP AREA AND IN THE WALK-IN COOLER. INSTRUCTED NOT TO STORE FOOD ITEMS IN SINGLE USE GROCERY BAGS AND TO STORE IN EITHER FOOD GRADE BAGS OR CONTAINERS ONLY.
