OBSERVED CLUTTER STORED ON FLOOR REAR AREA. INSTRUCTED MANAGER TO REMOVE ALL UNUSED ARTICLES AND EQUIPMENT TO PREVENT PEST HARBORAGE.
OBSERVED IN DISH AREA BROKEN FLOOR TILES AND L SHAPED TABLED REMOVED, NEW PIPE HAS BEEN INSTALLED, INSTRUCTED TO REINSTALL L SHAPE TABLE AND REPAIR FLOOR TO CREATE A SMOOTH AND EASILY CLEANABLE SURFACE. MUST MAINTAIN AT ALL TIMES.
